In these unprecedented times we have been inundated with social media posts and emails wishing the hotels and staff well. It has been overwhelming to see the support and positivity at this uncertain time. We would like to thank our loyal guests for their continued support and look forward to the day when we welcome you back to The Manor House and Ashbury Hotels.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Update 07/04/2020


In line with government instructions and to keep our staff and guests as safe as possible both our hotels are now temporarily closed and we hope to reopen from Thursday 21st May 2020 (or earlier if possible). If you are due to visit during this time, we have no option but to postpone your break and although our reservations team are extremely busy, we will contact you.

We aim to deal with customers on a day-by-day basis, initially contacting those due to arrive in the next few days first and then those guests by arrival date order.

• We will offer you a 10% OFF discount when deferring your booking, to a new date, up to December 2021 (at our 2020 tariff as per the terms of your current booking)

• A full refund would be available within 28 days of any discussion.

We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding in these exceptional circumstances, we know that you will be disappointed, but we look forward to welcoming you in the future.
